Saturday morning at Happy House and Jonny is getting the TV set up ready for the weekly link with My Litle Zen Yoga.
Each week, Hayley, who is based in Dubai, follows up on her recent visit to Happy House by leading a yoga session for the children.
Jonny says they really enjoy it as it helps to keep them well and strong.
